Week 1 (May 1-6) – Cinco de Mayo!
Carne de Zaragoza: A savory Mexican-style soup featuring rich, slow-cooked, shredded beef. A blend of mild, green chiles and authentic spices makes this a tasty meal for everyone.
Chik’n & Stars: A comforting, vegetarian-friendly soup featuring plant-based chik’n and petite, star-shaped pasta in a clear, consommé-style broth.Allergens: wheat, soybeans
Buttermilk Cornbread: Classic cornbread baked in a cast iron skillet, with tangy buttermilk and fresh corn for subtle sweetness.Allergens: egg, dairy, wheat
Week 2 (May 8-13) – Mother's Day! 💐
Chicken & Dumplings: Hearty stew with slow-simmered chicken, carrots, and celery in a rich, savory broth, finished with fluffy, hand-rolled dumplings.Allergens: dairy, wheat
Borscht: A traditional Ukrainian beet soup, served hot or chilled. Features beets, cabbage, potatoes, carrots, fresh dill, and cannellini beans. (dairy-free option)
Week 3 (May 15-20)
Mulligatawny: Anglo-Indian curried soup with chicken, apples, and mushrooms in a spiced coconut milk broth. Balances savory, sweet, and aromatic flavors.
Tomato Basil Parmesan: Creamy tomato soup simmered with fresh basil and finished with grated Parmesan cheese.Allergens: dairy
Signature Biscuits: Flaky, buttery biscuits perfect for dipping.Allergens: dairy, wheat
Week 4 (May 22-27) – Memorial Day 🇺🇸
Ham & Bean: Classic soup with smoked ham, tender white beans, mirepoix, and fresh herbs all simmered together for a hearty, filling meal.
Sweet Potato Tarragon: Herbaceous, naturally sweet, sweet potato soup with aromatics from fresh tarragon. Puréed and strained for a smooth, creamy finish.
